In order to develop the personal and professional capacities to engage skillfully and flexibly  with change and complexity. We work with organisations, communities and multi stakeholder groups of all kinds, from grass roots activists to senior decision makers, to re-imagine culture, systems and processes, and work together to improve outcomes for all.

We can offer one day workshops and masterclasses, tailored courses and seminars, or hosted conversations and events.  We can work with you to co-design projects, programmes or interventions which match the needs and scope of the specific challenges you are facing.

We use models which you may have used before – three horizons, theory U, action inquiry, appreciative inquiry, process mapping – but in a way that brings them to life, and makes them meaningful in the moment for everyone involved.

We can bring together teams with expertise in agile working, agile project management, lean methodologies and service design, to take on large scale long term projects designed to transform the way you deliver services and  drive out savings at every level of your operation.

Relating activities to real work, with real stakeholders experiencing real challenges, ensures that we move quickly from theory to practice and can learn and develop from actions taken.

Meaningful engagement,  and the development of listening and questioning skills, help to build awareness, strengthen relationships and create empathy through the appreciation of multiple perspectives.

Our coaches are trained to a high professional standard with experience of working at executive level, and with staff teams to improve performance and increase resilience across the board.
